Aj Frey

My name is Aj Frey, and I'm an editor at Simply IT Restaurant. I'm a big fan of cooking and chess, two hobbies that help me unwind after a long day of reviewing products for the company. I was born in Chicago to my parents, who were both chefs at a local restaurant. My dad wanted to pass down his love of cooking to his son, so he taught me how to make delicious meals from scratch when I was just a child. Ever since then, I've been fascinated by food and cooking and have always dreamed of becoming a chef myself. I've always been interested in technology as well as soon as I got my first computer (a Commodore 64) back in the 1980s, I started tinkering around with software programming languages like BASIC and COBOL. The Commodore 64 also had some pretty cool games that took advantage of its graphics capabilities; one of my favorites was "Space Invaders," which you might remember if you were around during that time!
