Hi! I'm Teri Horton, and I'm the writer for Simply It Restaurant. As a writer, I love to write about things that are interesting and relevant. When it comes to the restaurant industry, there's nothing more relevant than food and in this case, specifically, restaurants. This is why I love writing about restaurants: it literally never gets old. There's always something new to learn and explore, and new ways of talking about them that haven't been done before. Like most of us here at Simply It Restaurant, I also love music but unlike most of us here at Simply It Restaurant, my favorite genre is jazz (the good kind). When I'm not writing about restaurants or listening to jazz records from the 1920s/1930s (my favorite era), you can find me reading books from all different genres you never know what you'll find when you open up a book!
